A fresh pizza from Domino’s makes a delicious and convenient meal for the entire family. If you want to make a change to your order, request a refund, or even give praise to workers, you can easily reach out to the store. If you want to address the issue as soon as possible, call the store you ordered from directly. Otherwise, you can fill out an online support form if your concern isn’t time-sensitive.

Call the store if you have an immediate issue with your order. If you just ordered, look for the store’s number on the confirmation page online or in the app. Otherwise, check the receipt to see if the number is listed there. Call them as soon as you can and explain the issues or concerns you have. The employee will try to resolve the situation or may put you through to the manager.[1]
- If you accidentally chose the wrong topping, call as soon as possible since they’ll have to start a new pizza from scratch and it could delay your order.
- If there was a problem with your order, ask the store about their refund policy since it may vary slightly by location.
- If you ordered through the Domino’s app, you can tap on the store’s phone number to call them directly.

Go directly to the store if you’re nearby. If you plan on making a complaint about your meal or asking for a refund, bring your order and receipt with you. Explain your situation to the employee behind the counter and see if there’s anything they can do. The store may make a new pizza or offer a refund. Choose a contact reason and order method on the form. Open the Customer Support Form online and scroll through the available dropdown menus. Pick the “Rewards/Pizza Profile” option if you’re having issues with your account, or select the “Comment,” “Question,” or “Praise” option depending on what type of feedback you have. You may also be asked how you received your order and what device you used to place the order. Click the Next button to move onto the next section.[5]

Fill in the information from the store you ordered from. Use the receipt from your order to fill in the store’s address and phone number in the text boxes on the form. If you still have your order number, include it as well. Write down any phone number you used if you tried to contact the store in the corresponding box.[6]
- If you’ve already contacted the store directly about your issue, write down the date and approximate time when you reached out to them.
Variation: If you live in the United States, you can search for your store location in the form rather than typing in the information. Click on the highlighted word “here” to access the store locator.

Write down your problem or concern in the Comment section. Be as thorough as possible with your explanation so the customer service representative understands your issue. Include specific details, such as what you originally ordered, how you received the pizza, and any employee names you remember. Read through your explanation out loud to check for any mistakes before clicking the Next button.[7]
- You can return to the Comment section at any point while you’re still working on the form.
- You only have 1,000 characters to explain your issue.

Include your personal contact information. List your first and last names as well as your preferred email address in the top boxes of the About You section. If you have a Domino’s account, include the email address for your profile if it’s different. Write your phone number and address in the bottom boxes. Check that your information is correct before moving on.
- You may also get asked what time of day works best to contact you. You can choose morning, afternoon, evening, or no preference.

Attach images of your order if you want to. Take your pictures in a well-lit spot or with the flash on so they’re easy to see. Include pictures of your food and receipt as proof if there’s something wrong with your order. Upload up to 3 images to the form before moving on.[8]

Submit the support form and wait for a response. Click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page to send your form to a customer service representative. Check your email for a confirmation to ensure the form went through. Usually within a few days, you’ll receive an email or phone call regarding your form to help resolve your issue.[9]
