Hannah with Salon Blue is amazing! I trust her with anything, I know when I set down she gives my hair her all! She makes sure I'm happy! She did a smoothing system on my hair & it has never felt better. We have done many different colors & she does the best work, making it look so natural. I believe she ha definitely mastered the bob haircut. I recommend her to all my friends & family!

I received a hair cut from Salon Blue from one of their new stylists and it was acceptable. I had heard good things about some of their more seasoned stylists, so I thought when I went back I would try somebody new. Anyway... My husband needed a haircut for upcoming photos we were having done so he scheduled an appointment for Saturday. I realize their hours aren't typically Saturday's but I was glad they could work him in. He was scheduled to see Rolando at 2pm. We showed up a little early and the door was locked, so we decided to wait until appointment time, sure that somebody would show up. Nobody ever showed up!!! We tried calling the number, no answer. They never even had the courtesy to call and cancel or reschedule. Had we known we would be stood up we could've made arrangements with another salon, but since we waited until 2pm on Saturday, they left us with no other options. This is not the way a reputable business is operated. I don't know who dropped the ball... The receptionist? Rolando? I really don't care! We will never come back to this salon again. I don't know why it is so hard to find a decent hair salon in Conway, they are all flaky... I guess that's what you get when you are dealing with people who's highest level of education is beauty school... If you're lucky!
