If you want a gym experience that is unlike any other, you need to check out the Cass club at Genesis Health Clubs. This three-story gym is packed with features and amenities that will help you get in shape and have a good time. The open and spacious design with plenty of natural light is sure to keep you happy and motivated.
At the top of the parking garage, you will find all the amenities you would expect from a luxury health club, including cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines, and unilateral and bilateral pully machines. But we invite you to take a closer look to see what all the fuss is about. Cass also proudly features luxury amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, huge newly remodeled basketball court, steam room, dry sauna, and hot tub. It's almost too much luxury to handle! The 3-lane, 25-yard lap indoor pool is always kept between 82 and 84 degrees, and members are welcome to swim laps when there is an available lane, on a first-come, first-serve basis. The hot tub is available to members at any time and is kept between 102 and 104 degrees.
Cass added All-American Training, which is a heart-rate-based interval training that is becoming popular in the Midwest. This type of training can help someone burn 600-1000 calories in one hour by using technology to monitor and track their progress.
Our Cass gym is located near the Crossroads Mall development and the University of Nebraska Omaha, at the corner of Cass and 78th Street.
Cass has everything you could need in a health club, including access to eight total clubs in and around Omaha and dozens of others in Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma!
If you're looking for a place to leave your kids while you work out, our Kids Club is a great option. It's open at times that are convenient for you, and children ages 6 weeks to 13 years old can participate in supervised activities that they'll enjoy.

Positive experience: They offer a steam room, sauna, pool, basketball court, and workout equipment, but I wish the workout equipment area was larger since it gets crowded quickly. The front staff is great, and I appreciate that they have free weights and bars instead of Smith machines like in many modern gyms.

Fantastic experience: This location is well-maintained and has a lot of gear. The environment is great, with plenty of people exercising but not too many that the equipment is not accessible. Everyone is focused on their own workout, but they are willing to lend a hand if asked.

Fantastic experience: There's plenty of space to get a good workout in, even when it's busy. There are some unique machines that you won't find in other gyms, so it's worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: There has been a remarkable transformation in the gym over the past week or so. The equipment has been rearranged to create more space for working out, and there is now easy access to hydration and supplements with all the refrigerators being clean and stocked. Additionally, the weights have been racked, and the members are taking their workouts seriously. The trainers are also very friendly and helpful, and the front desk staff are both responsive and knowledgeable. All in all, it's been a very enjoyable experience.
